🚚 The Trailer Investment
A main topic of conversation right now is the investment of a food truck or trailer as a second mobile set-up. It would be a second in the spring, summer, and fall, and the only (for the most part) during the winter.
🤔 What Are We Thinking? Week 27, 2022 🧐
We'll provide great, unique, ingredients and customers will just pick up for their party. Lower price point for the customer, easier fulfillment for us.
💸 Costs Update: ☀️ June 2022
Meat: We started buying our pork butts from BJs and Costco. These stores are significantly cheaper than everywhere else we went in the past. This is a win for us.
