We see this economic downturn as having opportunity on the other side. We believe there will be a pivot and another Fed put coming and, if that's the case, that $10k in fiat could be useful at that time.

Meat: We started buying our pork butts from BJs and Costco. These stores are significantly cheaper than everywhere else we went in the past. This is a win for us.

We have seen a number of inquires for smaller parties and right now they don't make sense for us financially. We believe there is a sizeable market to monetize here, though. We're thinking something personal, smaller, that could scale easily (1 person, 1 car to operate)

As I write this, I'm going through our cashflows in excel and trying to project the next couple years of revenues, expenses, and possible avenues of expansion.
